The centre is situated on the island of KOH DACH, named the isle of silk by the french, 15kms outside phnom Penh. It also sees to the needs of patients on neighbouring islands. |

Our volunteer doctors distribute medical supplies and disposable speculums, much needed by the staff who oversee 30 birhts each month.They only have 3 steel speculums which they sterilise in an oven provided by us the Elephant Blanc. |

| Our Projects |
In november 2009 two volonteer doctors spent time at KOH DACH teaching the staff, providing much needed medical supplies. INFANT MORTALITY OF NEWBORN CHILDREN IS AROUND 20%. A group of 4 students from Paris visited and provided much needed help in august 2008.

| What do they need? |
| |
One or two beds for patients, an additional bed for childbirths, baby scales, a wheelchair and medical supplies. WE ARE PLANNING ON CONSTRUCTING A NEW BUILDING IN 2010. We thank you in advance for your help.
